Taking the initial step for help can be the most challenging but often is the most significant step in your journey of self-exploration and personal growth.

In our fast-paced world it can be difficult to connect with a sense of what makes us human and our own personal meaning. I am committed to accompanying you on your exploration to help you identify your struggles and challenges so you are able to gain clarity and a desired direction, and to unlock your potential to make meaningful life changes.

I offer person centred therapy as my core approach and often draw upon other theories which I have gained from my years of experience. I am passionate about helping you achieve your fullest potential by offering a space for you to experience self-growth and positive life changes.

My person-centered approach can help you to develop in self-reliance and self-esteem, to build a positive relationship with yourself and with others, to choose positive life choices with confidence and trust in your own decision making.

My approach is non-authoritative and non- directive. I listen respectfully and carefully without judgment. I am able to offer cognitive behavioural tools to assist you learn effective techniques to deal with symptoms of anxiety and depression if you are at crisis point. I work in a collaborative way and we will work together to find which tools work best for you.  My person centred way of being is deeply embedded in my therapeutic approach and my focus is your empowerment and autonomy, enabling you to reach your fullest potential.
